Colors & Options |
100 Year Old Traditional
100
Year Old Traditional captures the most basic
beauty of barnwood. This look will closely
resemble the barn wood
on the inside of the barn, free from the
outside elements. The colors are vibrant and
varied, from yellows to auburn, reds,
and deep browns.
The original
circle saw impressions are vivid and as
random as the colors in this wood. This is
the most contemporary look
that you will find in barn wood. It is the
most versatile choice. With this option, the
other side is weathered. The soft grain
is removed, leaving the pronounced hard
grain, giving the impression of weathered

Desert Burn

Desert Burn takes the soft grain weathering
found in our Weathered product to new a
level. This is the type of weathering you
might find in a high desert environment.
This barnwood is brighter and full of the
reds, yellows, ambers, and browns that make
our barn wood unlike any other. The
character of this wood is accentuated by the
highly visible and random water marks. |
White Wash

White Wash was
designed to replicate the effect of an old
weathered white barn. Many barns were
painted, sometimes
for effect and sometimes to cover the wood
in an attempt to protect it from weathering.
But Mother Nature always wins.
Unlike reclaimed barn wood which was often
painted with lead based paint, our barn wood
contains no lead or other
impurities undesirable in your home. |
Red Barn

Red Barn was designed to replicate the
effect of an old
weathered red barn. Many barns were painted,
sometimes for effect and sometimes to cover
the wood in an attempt to protect it from
weathering. But Mother Nature always wins.
Unlike reclaimed barn wood which was often
painted with lead based paint, our barn wood
contains no lead or other impurities
undesirable in your home. |
Century Gray

Century Gray
was designed to replicate the effect of an
old weathered barn, but with a more
contemporary clean look than
our Traditional products. This colors tries
to capture that unique silver gray patina
often found on unpainted barns. If you are
looking for a more contemporary and bright
look, Century Gray maybe the Forever
Barnwood for you. |
Patina Gray

This board has the original circle saw marks
on one side and the weathered texture on the
other side. This color captures the
unique silver gray patina found on unpainted
barns. Both sides are Patina Gray. |
Reveal Coat

Forever Barnwood can also be finished
with what we refer to as a reveal coat. The
reveal coat will make the natural colors of
the wood pop, accenting the weathered
grains, swaths of random and varying colors,
hints of the original circle saw
impressions, and random water stains all
adding to the overall character of the wood.
Each coat of reveal will provide an
additional level of sheen, further enhancing
the brilliant colors and features of the
wood. It is a thin product so it is easy to
apply yourself with just a rag. |
Cow Rub

If you have ever seen a fence or post that
has spent years in the vicinity of cows or
horses, you will have seen the effects that
they can have. The periodic rubbing action
of hide against wood creates random areas of
polished depressions. This gives our posts,
beams, and mantles an authentic country look
and feel that will add character to any
application.
Cow rub is available on some select Forever
Barnwood products. |
