acknowledge that all door sizes, door swings, door
quantities, jamb widths, and trim quantities are correct
as listed in the last PDF, provided by Premier, which is

NOTE: All doors
and mouldings will be made as per the PDF number listed
above.
All shipping is
quoted to a dock (ex: FedEx or Old Dominion) or a
business with a dock or fork lift.
Job site or
residential delivery with use of a lift gate will cost
an additional $85.
50% down payment
to get the job on the schedule.
Balance is due
before the package is shipped.
Beginning
2/1/13, we will charge an additional 3% on all credit
card purchases.
